RMH has been providing facilities and industrial process engineering design services for Lexmark International’s 640-acre campus in Boulder, Colorado, for over four decades. Our partnership began when IBM facilities transitioned to Lexmark in 1991, following the company’s establishment. Our team works on-site with a dedicated client team manager, providing engineering solutions for the production of printer toner and printer drums. Our projects span a wide range, including process additions, small HVAC and electrical facility retrofits, satellite utility plants, and large-scale computer centers. Additionally, RMH has led the initial design for several Lexmark manufacturing plants internationally. Over the past decade, we have successfully completed more than 300 assignments, primarily managed through comprehensive services agreements.
