Sheila Zappanti has over 15 years of human resources experience in the AEC Industry. She believes in coaching and developing a strong team through exceptional communication skills and building strong relationships. In particular, she enjoys focusing on employee engagement and understanding the importance of overall company culture. She is a graduate of Colorado State University Global with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management. Sheila is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and has both her Senior Professional and Professional certification in Human Resources Management.
