The project also included HVAC upgrades in the existing NICU, MEP improvements in the C-section operating room, remodel of the public corridor, and a 10,000 SF renovation of NICU administrative/support space. New circadian rhythm LED lights were programmed in the NICU to simulate natural day and nighttime lighting.
