    RMH’s history with the Colorado State Penitentiary (CSP) facilities dates back more than 20 years, starting with initial planning for the original CSP, a maximum-security penitentiary at the East Cañon City Cor­rections Complex. In 2006, RMH began design on Centennial Correctional Facility, South Tower (CSP II), a new high-custody prison expansion with three 320-bed housing pods and a central connecting structure containing administrative and support space. The project also involved a new central plant featuring two new 500-ton, water-cooled centrifugal chillers, variable-flow primary chilled water distribution, direct evaporative cooling for most air handling units, and two new 15,000 MBH boilers. RMH served as the mechanical/electrical engineer and energy modeling consultant for the Centennial Correctional Facility, South Tower (CSP II) project.
