Colorado State Penitentiary II among Top Projects Completed in 2010

The June 2010 edition of Mountain States Construction magazine reports that Colorado State Penitentiary II (CSPII) has been ranked as the sixth largest project to be completed in Colorado/Wyoming in 2010 and the second largest government/public building project to be completed in these two states during 2010. CSPII is a new high-custody prison expansion with three 320-bed housing pods and a central connecting structure containing administrative and support space. The facility is located at the East Cañon City Prison Complex in Cañon City.
The RMH Group served as the project’s mechanical/electrical engineer. CSNA Architects, located in Colorado Springs, was the project architect and prime design consultant.
