RMH provided LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance (LEED-EB: O&M) consulting services for the 56-story Republic Plaza, which is Denver's tallest building. At over 1.5 million square feet, it is also the largest building in the Rocky Mountain Region. This facility earned LEED-EB: Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Gold certification.
RMH performed a number of LEED-EB consulting services including registration with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), facilitation of collaboration among LEED team members, assistance to the owner in evaluating costs and benefits for potential credits, establishment and maintenance of an online project site, coordination of initial LEED documentation, and submittal of final LEED documentation to the USGBC. RMH also provided technical advice to the owner and other LEED team members and documented ASHRAE ventilation compliance.
RMH is currently providing ENERGY STAR Label consulting services for Republic Plaza.
